Yesterday we were at Anpei, Brazil's National Association of Research and Development of Innovative Companies, the representative association of the segment of innovative companies and institutions in Brazil for a lecture on conflict management. The lecture was promoted by the committee of Anpei that discusses best practices in the promotion of partnerships between universities and companies, a fundamental issue for innovation in our country.
The Committee is multidisciplinary and has within it's members many actors interested in the subject. Yesterday there were representatives of the companies: Natura, Sabesp, Klabin, Embraer, Mahle and 3M, as well as the universities: Unifesp and Unesp.
The keynote speaker was our Senior Consultant Flávio Moreira, and ours consultants Vernon Maraschin and Mara Carneiro were also present.
For almost 2 hours, the group discussed topics such as: innovation in human behavior, the importance of building a purpose and a common vision for the construction of partnerships and practical ways to develop greater tolerance to manage potential conflicts. We talked about some ways to deal with different speeds in partnerships and practical tools for changes that will ensure the success of their partnership.
